0.3.5 P2 - Bugfix Patch 18
Ruphand: An Apothecary's Adventure » Devlog
Good afternoon!
I had to go away from the computer for the bulk of the day, but I'm back to fix a bug that could potentially cause issues with a later sidequest. Not much, but it's worth a download.
BUGFIXES:
- Red Cap should properly make like a tree and get out of there after the rematch against him. If he's still standing there on your save, talk to him to make him go away.
DIALOGUE CHANGES:
- A certain bank of switches will remember if Brill checked them with a certain item, and automatically let her know if the one she's checking is real or fake.

I think I might just need to find another way to implement Lucky Lass. Testing seemed to maybe point to Illusive Rune as being the issue, and more testing revealed it also breaks against Magnetites. The common event call keeps breaking and for the life of me, I still have no idea why it won't play nice with the other states, but it's clearly got to go.
On the pathing issue, I think they're just not able to walk around Garett. I probably should figure that out. Maybe after Lucky Lass is no longer unlucky.
Garett's Attack stat and Element Amps probably raised the damage, yes. I'll do more testing later.
Yep, Thunder attacks with a Block Buster effect do more damage based on the target's Block Strength.
Facilities is on the third floor, although you can't access it from the lift.
I'll probably adjust the positioning of the events and the text overflow once I have Lucky Lass fixed. That will take some time, though- I may need to install a new plugin just to get it to function, and on top of that I'll be busy tomorrow. Hoping to have it fixed by Monday at the latest.
Good luck! I'll probably try the Gemstone Chamber in the meantime, since I'm hoping there'll be a Starforce upgrade in there!
