Version 1.0.1 Patched!


Good afternoon!

Version 1.0.1 has been patched. This releases a few bugfixes as well as adding some minor balance changes.


BUGFIXES:

-Tentative fix for Goblins sometimes causing the game to crash.

-The Obsessive Perfectionist flaw's overcome check was doing the opposite of what it needed to; this has been corrected.
--However, it's also been made easier to overcome as it can be quite difficult to even achieve the conditions to overcome it,

-The Mage's Mantle Break and Cleric's Vis Hymn now have an actual learn cost.

-Second Round: As of 2:24 in the morning, Reflect should finally work, now I'm  going to bed.

BALANCE CHANGES:

-Enemies in the Tunnels have less HP and slightly reduced offenses.

KNOWN ISSUES:

-For whatever reason, Reflect isn't reflecting a thing. I'm currently looking into why this is. Second Round: Fixed.

Finally fixed my first flaw! And only got one because I decided to send my Uncooperative on a Training Battle alone, to see what happened.

Lol that it counts as a battle for everyone else too, even though they weren't on the field, which I only know because people other than my Uncooperative seemed to have counted that as a battle on the path to fixing their flaw.

EDIT: But it seems that if they don't participate, they don't get EXP? Nevermind, they do! Nice!

Yep, I specifically made sure  that the entire party gets the XP for every battle! It was totally deliberate and definitely not just to avoid having to code a more complicated interaction with VisuStella Skill Learn System.

I probably should check if the unit was actually in combat for the purposes of Flaws... but I'm not gonna, since you're nerfing yourself pretty  hard by not sending in everyone.

Finally won!

If I had known *that* was the final battle's victory condition, I probably could've won faster, instead of conserving my SP to try and win like a regular battle!


SPOILERS on how to win! EDIT: Oh, wait. Nevermind. I see what the Tunnels are now. And the Hat and other slots are getting some use.


If this was in the Cram Jam version, congrats! Wow, tons of battles! Longevity!





Just take out the troll. Just go Hunter Party, make everyone a super strong Sniper, and just focus on him.

Yep, boss maps all are cleared when you take down the main guy. Presumably, Goblins, Oozes and Death Caps don't wanna mess with someone who beat up a Troll.

All 39 battles were in the Cram Jam version- although I don't know if they'd be winnable, as I just discovered another pretty nasty bug that prevents Eloise from stocking new items after the second boss. I'll have a patch within like 10 minutes for that.
