Good morning!
I'm going over relatives' today, but first, I've managed to fix two very persistent and annoying issues as well as some minor things.
As always, the fixed version has replaced the main download.
BUGFIXES:
- The Lucky Lass Medal was being constructed while under ladders for the entire process, and the fundamental design included thirteen tipped salt shakers for some reason. This combined was just enough bad luck to cause the medal to stop working when interacting with certain encounters or when equipped with certain items. These design flaws have been corrected, and now it should work properly in all situations.
- Twister spells now display both their damage and the bonus damage they inflict when Deflecting attacks.
DIALOGUE CHANGES:
- Extra dialogue has been added when trying to walk around a certain encounter.
- A text overflow issue has been fixed.
KNOWN ISSUES:
- Enemy encounters on the map are blocked by temporary allies. (I'll definitely be fixing this one before 0.3.6- don't want this being an issue in that hedge maze!)

EDIT 2: Spoilers for Post-Chronah ahead!
The enemy right to the right of Brill is going to float over a gap? And shouldn't I be done all the Jad's Folly quests now? Except for the new one at the entrance? I guess I missed something at the southwest corner? Garett left happy, but my journal isn't emptier? Maybe I need to fully leave Jad's Folly first? Nope.

Starpiece Ring seems to be giving me back 1/8 or something, not the 1/2 it says? Tossed out a 75 Star Burst, got 12 left?
Do bluffs not work against Master Karotene? He shot Thunder at me even when Bluffing! He's really tough!

Scorio really really likes his Abyssal Curse. But Brill's an amazing Defender and keeps stopping him from setting up, I guess? Not like Scorio can do anything, what with the Friend Defender! Nice assonance! And with the Chronah medal, those in combination basically seem to totally cancel out anything Scorio can do?

Oooh, Blast Rod! I see! Gotta pick my choices sorta carefully!
And got the 3G! Alliteration! Pairing it with my Shieldmaiden's Amulet for safety.

And Garett only leaves this place once it's all complete? Nice! Don't have to be on hard mode just because I finished his personal mission!

The Cloudtop Jewellery Store's Element Booster Jewellery might be good if you haven't gotten This Thing LV3 and the Dullstone, but I can't see much use in it unless you really need long-term, consistent elemental damage, and somehow a 20% boost is just enough.

So, Chronah's Reset seems to reroll Lucky Lass? But doesn't give me back my used Starforce. And it re-rolls the Bits, so observing isn't helping much?
Chrono Bit C's sparkles is a bit cut-off by the left border?
Got Cronah at 10 Chill from Reflected Ice that seemed to stick at 10 for multiple turns?
So, I can use Check to wait the shortest amount of Ticks, but I can't get Star Burst from it.

"Clobberin' Time" completed version's Objectives: Brill's not going to any "hidden meeting room"?
Wow, I don't know how I overlooked it, but none of the three quests in Jad's Folly are shown as completed when they should've. On the file you gave me, you do still need to find one miniboss battle- which is somewhat more bugged than I expected. Fortunately, that is all an easy fix I've already implemented. I can easily set the ones that didn't show "complete" to do so when you get the final cutscene leaving Jad's Folly.
Scorio was definitely not made with the Friend Defender in mind- I'm guessing he was trying to land Abyssal Curse on Garett only for Brill to keep taking it thanks to Friend Defender. It should be simple enough to let him get around that, though- that way he isn't completely trivialized. I'll adjust his AI while I'm at it, he should be using Hex Thunder a bit more than he does and definitely should not spam Abyssal Curse when one of the characters is knocked out.
Reflected attacks will hit the proper target even with a defender in the way. You can probably make use of this in a few places.
I'll go through each issue and see what I can do about the broken stuff (as well as buffing those elemental amulets- I think 30% Amp and 40% resistance are justified at this point). Then I'll give the impassable follower bug a look and release a patch most likely sometime tonight.
